Mrs. Ifedolapo Runsewe is a Nigerian business leader, environmental sustainability advocate,
and Founder of FREEE Recycle Limited, a pioneering recycling and manufacturing company
transforming waste tyres into eco-friendly and commercially viable products. Under her
leadership, the company has become a recognised player in Nigeria's circular economy,
driving sustainable waste management, green manufacturing, and community empowerment
initiatives across the country.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Madonna University and a Master's degree
in Public and International Affairs from the University of Lagos. Prior to founding FREEE
Recycle Limited, she worked within Nigeria's banking sector with institutions including
Zenith Bank, Guaranty Trust Bank, and Access Bank, where she developed expertise in
finance, strategy, and operations.
Modupe Olagoke is an experienced Governance, Risk and Compliance professional with over
15 years' experience across banking, financial services, insurance, and technology
organisations. She has worked with institutions including Lloyds Banking Group, Deutsche
Bank, JPMorgan Chase, and British Arab Commercial Bank, supporting risk management,
regulatory compliance, governance, cyber security controls, and operational resilience
initiatives.
Her experience includes working with senior stakeholders across risk, technology,
compliance, and business functions to strengthen governance frameworks, improve control
environments, and support regulatory and operational requirements.
Dr. Adebola Adeyemi is a Partner at PAC Solicitors, where he plays a key role in the contracting, special projects, compliance, and corporate governance units. He is a dualqualified legal practitioner, licensed in both Nigeria and England & Wales, with extensive expertise in corporate governance, sustainable finance, and project structuring.
He holds an LL.B from Lagos State University, an LL.M in Corporate Governance from the University of Manchester, and a PhD in Law from Swansea University, specialising in Sustainable Project Finance. His work focuses on developing innovative regulatory and sustainability frameworks that reduce the social and environmental impact of financed projects.
